RenewabLAW has provided a 2-hour introductory course for the Netherlands Institute for the Heat Transition. The general framework of legislation and regulations with regard to the heat transition was outlined. The ‘big five’ was then discussed in more detail. This course was provided as part of the NIWT Professional in the heat transition training course.

Later in 2022, the NIWT will also offer a 2-day course “Contracting in the heat transition”. In this course, the most important legislation and regulations, various forms of contracting and public-private partnerships are discussed in detail. RenewabLAW has been asked to provide this course.
